BRITTANY BYRNES
Hip-Hop Choreographer, Jazz Technique, Acting
With over 30 years training and dance experience, Brittany has been coaching and choreographing Bradshaw's award winning routines since 2005. A lifetime member of Bradshaw, she has trained extensively both here and at leading facilities in the USA and Canada.
Miss Brittany is the current head coach of Australia's first National Dance Team, competing in hip hop at the International Cheer Union World Championships.
Brittany Byrnes has been one of Australia’s most sought-after judges and choreographers since coaching our country to our first ever ICU Worlds medal in 2011 (Hip Hop Double). She has since accumulated 9 ICU and Dance Worlds medals across all styles as both choreographer and athlete and has been one of the very few Australians to be invited to judge Hip Hop at the IASF Dance Worlds. She judges across Australia and internationally, recently being invited by the ICU to judge Pom at the IOC recognised World Games in China, and at Drill Dance Team Nationals in Japan.
She is a highly sought after technique coach and choreographer, freelancing for over 40 different teams (including elite Worlds teams) across Australia.
Brittany is well known in the All Star dance industry for her unique and innovative style. As a coach and mentor she has a close bond with all our students and brings a positive, caring approach to her classes. Our students thrive under Miss Brittany’s guidance and our competitive results speak for themselves. When teaching Jazz technique to our students, she focuses on skills and dance conditioning and brings a hands-on approach to her very effective technique classes.
Our in-house acting and drama coach, Brittany is also recognised face on Australian TV, and her industry experience makes her an asset to our performance students. She is best known for her role in Disney’s H2O: Just Add Water. This series is still broadcast in over 100 countries, was nominated for a UK Nickelodeon Award and awarded the Silver Logie for Most Outstanding Children’s Program.
Before stepping away from acting to focus on dance, Miss Brittany could be seen on Network 7 as the star of Toybox - commercial television's highest rating preschool program from the creators of Hi Five.
