BRITTANY BYRNES 

Hip-Hop Choreographer, Jazz Technique, Acting

With over 20 years training and experience, Brittany has been coaching and choreographing award winning routines since 2005. A lifetime member of Bradshaw, she has trained extensively both here and at leading facilities in the USA and Canada.

Miss Brittany has been selected by the Australian Cheer Union to Head Coach and Choreograph Australia's first ever National Hip Hop team! This team is comprised of dancers from right around the country and will make history at ICU Worlds this year.

​

Brittany has coached and choreographed numerous teams for the World Championships in Florida USA, and it was with Brittany's choreography and coaching that Bradshaw Elite have won the Gold Medal (Open Hip Hop) in 2021. Brittany was choreographer of the first ever dance medalists for Australia: winning a SILVER medal in 2011. She also holds A Gold medal for Hip Hop and Bronze medals in Pom and Jazz as a dancer herself. Choreographing Jazz, Lyrical and Hip Hop, she has consistently produced National Championship winning routines for every age group, and has enjoyed international success in China, Hong Kong, and across the USA. 

 

She is a highly sought after technique coach and choreographer, freelancing for over 40 different teams (including elite Worlds teams) across NSW, Qld, WA and Victoria just in 2022 alone!

Brittany is also Australia’s premiere International Dance Judge. Having judged across Australia for various event companies, Brittany was the only Australian selected to join the prestigious judging panel for the 2016 and 2017 Dance Worlds (USA). She was also invited as Head Judge at the CCA Open: Nanjing China. She now runs Nation-wide dance judges education as Head of Dance for Dance and Cheer Events. Brittany’s expertise and eye for the scorecard is another factor that gives Bradshaw students a competitive edge.

Brittany is known for her unique and innovative style. As a coach and mentor she has a close bond with all our students and brings a positive, caring approach to her classes. Our students thrive under Miss Brittany’s guidance and our competitive results speak for themselves. When teaching Jazz technique to our students, she focuses on skills and dance conditioning and brings a hands-on approach to her very effective technique classes.

Brittany is also recognised face on Australian TV, and her industry experience makes her an asset to our performance students. She is best known for her role in Disney’s H2O: Just Add Water. This series is still broadcast in over 100 countries, was nominated for a UK Nickelodeon Award and awarded the Silver Logie for Most Outstanding Children’s Program.
Before stepping away from acting to focus on dance, Miss Brittany could be seen on Network 7 as the star of Toybox - commercial television's highest rating preschool program from the creators of Hi Five.
